I was declared BR on the 11th March. The OR said they were not interested in the bank accounts as they were in credit so I am still using them. I had a phone interview 5 weeks later and was told that the report would be completed in a few days. I know they have written to creditors but what happens next. I have heard nothing more and don't know if I could get a BRU or if they are doing any more investigating as they say. Can I assume that is the end of it? They did not mention an IVA but I gather that is because I am unemployed. Can anyone tell me if they will still want to question me more please.

If you are only receiving benefits then you won't get an IPA. As long as your problems don't stem from gambling or anything like that, then I very much doubt you will get a BRU.

Unless they need to clarify anything, I would think the next time you hear from them will be when you get your discharge.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
