leakie	Posted - 29 June 2009 : 05:54:56 I have been asked to join my son's School PTA, As an Undischarged BR can I be a member? The reason I ask , is at the AGM the chairman stated that as a Commitee member we would become Trustees, I know that you can not be aSchool Govenor, but was not sure about a Trustee? gettingoutofdebt	Posted - 29 June 2009 : 08:11:16 According to the OR's Manual it is only a School Governor or Trustee of a Charity/Pension Scheme that is not allowed when undischarged - http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/freedomofinformation/technical/TechnicalManual/Ch25-36/Chapter25/part2/part_2.htm You could always verify this with the OR just to make sure.
