Posted - 02 July 2009 : 13:56:03 My husband and I have declared ourselves bankrupt this morning, whilst I am dreading the official receiver interview and am praying we are allowed to buy the beneficial interest in the house back, I am relieved that I no longer owe over £30k and that my husband no longer owes over £20k.
Credit is a dirty word in our house from now on!
Thanks to everyone for their support so far, I'm sure I'll be posting more when I've heard from the OR!
