Posted - 27 July 2009 : 19:59:30 Hi,
How much are your debts? If they are under £15,000, you have no assets other than your car which are over £300 and have less than £50 per month disposable income after your normal living expenses, then you could be eligible for a Debt Relief Order.
Otherwise bankrupty could be a solution for you. Your car and computer should be ok.
