Posted - 06 August 2009 : 11:24:08 Hi Did you recieve a redundancy package, i.e would that be enought offer to the creditor/s as full and final. / If you were offered a redunancy payment and have/havent recieved it then it would be beome part of your estate.

Posted - 05 August 2009 : 23:08:14 you may qualify for a DRO (debt relief order) ask at the CAB, it is much cheaper and easier
