My question is, Im applying to go to uni to do midwifery next september and need to know if the bankruptcy will effect my student loan application? I understand student loans are exempt from bankruptcy so are they different from personal loans? Thanks. x

Student loans are means tested so aren't affected by BR or your credit file and, as you say, they are also exempt from BR.
