What happens if, on the SOA a petitioner declared that the debt to creditor 1 was £x and then creditor 1 says, hanmg on OR it is actually £x+?
It has not happened to me. It is more of an academic question really

Posted - 16 September 2009 : 15:55:44 The OR contacts each creditor to get the actual amount owed so the amount you have put on the SOA doesn't need to be exact.
