Hello all,

What happens if, on the SOA a petitioner declared that the debt to creditor 1 was £x and then creditor 1 says, hanmg on OR it is actually £x+?

It has not happened to me. It is more of an academic question really

Thanks, Richard

The OR contacts each creditor to get the actual amount owed so the amount you have put on the SOA doesn't need to be exact.
