Hi all,
Just to let you know 4 mths post BR. Haven't been on for a while...
Court was so easy, clerk went through the forms, sent them to the judge, went for coffee, didn't need to see the judge waited 15 mins later the forms were signed and that was it..Interview with OR was fairly tough, a lot of questions regarding the creditors and the reasons why i needed them. Also how was I going to pay them off, before going BR. which was duly explained took over an hour on the phone. I also sent proof of why I went Br in detail...
To date the OR has sent me details regarding the nil tax code, which is still not happened, no news of Ed either mind it may be too early for that. No IPA, It does feel better going through the process of Br even though you feel really guilty not being able to pay your creditors off, as it was me who took out the credit. however due to unforeseen circumstances this was my only option. I was made to do it due to other factors that i do not wish to go into..You do feel like you are being watched 24 hrs a day, until you are discharged, but alas one day it will happen early or 1yr on..so keep your chin up...My life will be different for the next six years until i can start my credit history again, but this is a small price to pay for not paying your dues..

Can I say a massive thanks to all, I did read loads from here before going BR, and it put my mind at ease. Thanks again you've been brill...
