Hi to all:
I declared Bankruptcy in June 2006 and I agreed to an IPA and hapily paid paid Clarke Willmont until I was told Moonbeaver would be taking over. Despite 2 telephone calls and 3 letter to them to get either a paying in book or slips they simply refused to do so and I have not paid a thing to Moonbeaver. (I have saved the money concerned over £1500) My IPA is now formally over and still nothing from Moonbeaver or the O.R. As I am not now in the IPA can anyone force me to pay them anything as the was an Arrangement not Order and it is not my fault I am in this situation. I am a victim of Moon beavers incompetence. Advice much appreciated

The money will still be payable as the IPA you signed specifies 36 payments and is a legally binding contract between you and the OR.

Have you tried contacting the OR to advise of the problem?
