Posted - 08 October 2009 : 19:49:10 I have been informed by a representative of CAB that my only option to deal with my debts of over £17,000.00 of which I cannot afford to pay as I only receive an income of £346 a month this being made up of Carers Allowance and Income Support.
Due to my financial situation I have not been able to pay any of my existing creditors and I have just recently had a car repossessed at present my creditors are threatening ccj - what I wish to ask is if I do end up with the CCJ's would I still be able to file for Bankruptcy
