Posted - 21 October 2009 : 11:15:14 I am in the process of completing forms to declare myself Bankrupt. I have got to the point of Listing all my Creditors. However, these debta have now been handed over to Collection Agencies. Do I list the original Companies/Organisations to whom I owe or do I list the Collectiona Agency Details?

Posted - 21 October 2009 : 11:41:04 Put down the original creditors and then when you have the OR interview you can mention that some of the debts have been passed to collection agencies.
