I am in the process of completing forms to declare myself Bankrupt. I have got to the point of Listing all my Creditors. However, these debta have now been handed over to Collection Agencies. Do I list the original Companies/Organisations to whom I owe or do I list the Collectiona Agency Details?
Put down the original creditors and then when you have the OR interview you can mention that some of the debts have been passed to collection agencies.
