I'm ready to send off my DRO package but I was going to leave my buy now pay later computer off as it starts in Feb 10.

CCCS tell me I have to include this debt, I'm doing a lot of training on the computer - Will they take it from me?

thanks for your help

Michael

Thanks for the help I'm sending a photocopy of the finance agreement for the computer, should this be sufficient?

They will probably want the original so send this and you keep the photocopy.

Also any ideas when they will take the computer back?

You will need to arrange this with the company you bought it from.

One last thing! I'm not working at the moment and they want my tax office details, is this just the address of the local one in my town?

If you are not working then yes, put the address of the local one.

Good luck!

Hi Insane,
Please make sure you include this debt in your DRO.
The OR use a system called Experian Citizen, which in essence is a credit check, and can see all live accounts in your / partners name, along with settled and default accounts.
They will see this account is live, and will not grant your DRO due to you supplying misleading information.

Good luck.

You will have to include the debt as a DRO includes all debt in the same way that BR does. If the PC is on a HP/secured loan agreement then the company will be able to take the PC back.
