Posted - 29 October 2009 : 18:26:29 once the bankruptcy order is made the bankruptcy period proceeds in the same way regardless of who petitions for it

Posted - 29 October 2009 : 17:59:59 Thanks for that Melanie but I have heard that if I am responsible and make myself bankrupt, I should be able to keep certain control over proceedings but if a creditor makes me bankrupt, I generally lose all control.
