Posted - 02 November 2009 : 13:45:37 How does our bankruptcy affect my son? We declared bankrupt last week and now my son aged 21 wants to get a place of his own and take out loan for car etc as well as rent. He commented that if our BR affects him he'll be really angry. He has a very responsible well paid job so I would hate to have jeopordised his chance of obtaining credit of any kind. What is the position re: members of our household? katie
