Posted - 11 December 2009 : 13:30:16 Hello I going to declare myself bankrupt but worried it may have an effect on my boyfriend's property I have a child from a previous relationship and we have one together who's 19months I moved in 20months ago my boyfriend's lived here for 15+ years I had spiralling debts before I moved we have no joint accounts or do i have any household bills in my name except sky. Should will his property be ok? Thanks
