Hello I going to declare myself bankrupt but worried it may have an effect on my boyfriend's property I have a child from a previous relationship and we have one together who's 19months I moved in 20months ago my boyfriend's lived here for 15+ years I had spiralling debts before I moved we have no joint accounts or do i have any household bills in my name except sky. Should will his property be ok? Thanks
hi and welcome to the forum if your partner already owned the property before you moved in and you are not helping to pay the mortgage then there should be no problems with you going BR
