Skippy	Posted - 25 December 2009 : 21:26:53 The RTLU is just a different part of the OR's office, the one that deals with the realisation of assets. Your case is passed to them when the OR has finished with your case whether you are likely to get ED or not. If you are unsure whether the OR has received your IPOQ then it wouldn't hurt to give them a call in the new year to check.
