Posted - 07 January 2010 : 19:09:14 I was actually referring to the original post, as I think gettingoutofdebt was as well.

Posted - 07 January 2010 : 18:58:54 Hi Tom
My reply does not read as clearly as getting out of debt and Kallis, I am not suggesting running away as the debt will eventually catch up with you and the interest will be massive. They will find you, probabaly when you are least prepared.
I was indicating that Paul at Reviva have an international Division and most of the questions you will have he will be able to answer.
I tried too long to duck and dive from Debts / responsibilites and would now encourage any one that will listen to stand up and address their problems

Posted - 07 January 2010 : 18:17:55 If you are trying to avoid the mortgage debt and move to NZ then they will probably track you down. I would highly recommend sorting out your debt issues before you move so you can start a new life without having to worry about the mortgage company catching up to you. |

Posted - 07 January 2010 : 17:53:00 I would not recommend trying to hide things from your mortgage company. They can, and will, repossess the property which will leave you having to pay any shortfall.
