as kallis states under 15K go for Debt relief order
Over 15K and No income you may qualify for a reduction in BR fees reduced by £150
What is the chance of work ? if it is still a realistic option you may be able to negotiate your way out
however as time progresses the options reduce, how many months in arrears are you ?
