Morning all
Just checked the Insolvency Website and it states I was discharged early on 25/5/2010. Went bankrupt in early Dec 2009 after having to fail my IVA due to job loss etc...was one of the hardest decisions to make and one I a not very proud I had to make in the first place! Everyone I have dealt with has been fantastic, from my IVA provider to the court, the judge and especially to all you guys on here. I only posted a few times but have found this site invaluable as it makes you feel like you are not alone or a criminal!!I got early discharge forms through to complete in early April and sent them straight back. So the whole process has taken just under 6 months. I have to say the feeling of relief to know I am finally debt free is fantastic. I just wanted to share my good news with you all and say thanku for helping me through it  |

congratulations on your discharge, you are now properly debt free.

dont forget to print off the insolvency site website entry showing you are discharged
