Hi

last month was a year since my husband's bankruptcy and we keep expecting him to get a date for an interview with the OR. He has E mailed but no reply as yet. Presume they're just really busy. How can we tell if he was discharged?

dont forget to print a copy or two you may need it to help your credit file and telling creditor to bog off if they start chasing (unlikely but occasionally the odd one slips through the net.

congratulations Richard

Have a look on the insolvency register. If your husband was made BR over a year ago he should have been discharged by now.
