last month was a year since my husband's bankruptcy and we keep expecting him to get a date for an interview with the OR. He has E mailed but no reply as yet. Presume they're just really busy. How can we tell if he was discharged?
Hi BM go to http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/bankruptcy/bankruptcysearch.htm click on line search click name choose the court hubby was made BR in then enter name details and search and click on hubbys name and it will tell you if he is discharged good luck
dont forget to print a copy or two you may need it to help your credit file and telling creditor to bog off if they start chasing (unlikely but occasionally the odd one slips through the net.
Not heard anything about discharge
