Hi, I was made BR on 24th june (last Thurs) the judge told me an OR would be assigned to me that afternoon. I know it's early days, only tuesday now but I thought someone would have contacted me by now. Will I just wait and see what happens? Does it take long? I'm in Northern Ireland. i was expecting to get an appointment to see the OR by now.
I even thought that between filing my papers and appearing at Court, someone might have called me to go over bits and pieces, but no! i ahve no assets and no equity so might i feel hopeful that it is going well?
If you haven't heard anything by Friday then give the OR a call next Monday morning.
There are cases where there is no need for an OR interview as all of the information required has been provided on the SOA and there aren't any assets/income but it is worth calling the OR to check.
