I've made my last IPA payment today and I can't believe it's finally over!
I couldn't have got through the last 4 years (I was in an IVA first) without the support of my family and friends.
To anyone who may need to go BR it's not the end of the world and you will come out the other side. Going BR has given me a fresh start, but I would say to anyone make sure you speak to 2 or 3 IPs to make sure that you are making the right decision.
Congratulations Skippy - so please to hear that this whole debt scenario is now behind you and you can finally move forward ! well done! really pleased to hear!

Well done Skippy, only another 24 for me although I am sure they will pass quickly. I'm definitely a lot better off after declaring BR so paying something back is only fair.
What are you going to spend what would have been your next IPA payment on?
Unfortunately my car is due to be serviced and MOT'd next month, so the extra money will be going to that!
There are a couple of things that I intend to spend it on eventually though - I've let my Team McLaren membership lapse so I'll renew that, and I want another tattoo.
I'm sure the next 24 payments will go quickly. I have to say the slowest part for me was the last 6 months.
Congratulations Skippy. Must be a great feeling knowing all the money you are earning is now yours. I have another 24 months to go, but must admit the last 12 seems to have gone by fairly quick.
Thanks also for all your advice over the past year or so. Much appreciated. Enjoy your new debt free life.
