Hi

Went BR last July with no IPA. - Disposable income then <£80 -I was subject to the old £100 level then.

My disposable income is around £40 pm now - on discharge in July/11 would I get a IPA with this DI??

It seems a little confusing

Regards

Hugo

Hi,
As you were declared bankrupt prior to Dec 2010 with surplus income of £80,meant that you didn't get an IPA, as then the minimum collection amount was £50 per month from a surplus of £100, as you had £80, £30 wasn't collectable then.

On your current information, and as you are still allowed the surplus of £50 it's unlikely you'll get an IPA.

If you need help completing SOA's(statement of affairs) or PIQ's(preliminary information questionnaire) if you've been declared bankrupt, or anything else and you're within 30 miles or so of Warrington, then please contact me via my contact details in the expert page for futher details"
