Posted - 25 March 2011 : 16:30:43 Hi
Went BR last July with no IPA. - Disposable income then <£80 -I was subject to the old £100 level then.
My disposable income is around £40 pm now - on discharge in July/11 would I get a IPA with this DI??
It seems a little confusing
Regards

Posted - 28 March 2011 : 15:25:04 Hi, As you were declared bankrupt prior to Dec 2010 with surplus income of £80,meant that you didn't get an IPA, as then the minimum collection amount was £50 per month from a surplus of £100, as you had £80, £30 wasn't collectable then.
On your current information, and as you are still allowed the surplus of £50 it's unlikely you'll get an IPA.
