Hi, As you were declared bankrupt prior to Dec 2010 with surplus income of £80,meant that you didn't get an IPA, as then the minimum collection amount was £50 per month from a surplus of £100, as you had £80, £30 wasn't collectable then.
On your current information, and as you are still allowed the surplus of £50 it's unlikely you'll get an IPA.
