Hi My OR emailed yesterday to say sending IPOQ for completion, what is this and why would she be sending it? Thanks anyone

An IPOQ is an Income Payment Order Questionnaire and the OR sends them prior to early or automatic discharge - are you coming up to your discharge date?

It maybe that they are looking at an early discharge then.

If you were declared bankrupt on 29th Nov 2010, and there was no complications, then it's likely it will be prior to ED, as the process begins 3 months after the RTC (report to creditors) has been issued.
