we moved to Switzerland for husbands job - we used the money to pay for school fees as the only english speaking school isd private but the OR is adamnet she wants the money back |

I would think that the property sale would be looked at by the OR. I think the biggest problem would be, did you sell it at discount.
I would also say that they will look into the fact that the proceeds of the sale were used to your benefit.
