Hi,
I have been discharged for 2.5 years, no IPA and I purchased the benefcial interest from the OR during my bankruptcy and they have no interest in my property.
I am now considering putting my house on the market and purchasing a new property but am unsure whether I will be able to get a new mortage/level of deposit that may be required/who best to approach etc. I am curently with Northern Rock/NRAM so moving my mortgage is not an option as I will require a larger mortgage.
Any info/advice appreciated. |

I think as Ryan hasn't posted for a while he's dropped off the list of experts.

Hi,
I have been discherged for 1 year and eight months now. How difficult is to get a mortgage? I used to be sole trader now I am a am a director of a LTD. Not sure how and were to to to get some advise.
I'm trying to get a mortgage with my girlfriend who is on full time employment but not a high salary.
Any advice or info will be much appreciated.
