Brilliant, thank you very much for your response. I'm in a shared-ownership house - I own it 50/50 with a housing association. It's the biggest mistake I've ever made to be honest!
I'm not sure what would happen with that - it would be down to the OR to sort out.
If you don't mind me asking, what are your total debts? It may be that a different solution might be better? Are you working?
