Will I have to declare my mobile phone contract to the O.F.? I have had the same number for 15 years now and don't want to lose it even though I have recently upgraded |

yes but you are allowed to keep current contracts going as long as you declare that you have it. Technically you have more income when you are BR aswell |

Hi and welcome to the forum.
Everything has to be declared to the OR. If you have any disposable income over £20 per month after priority debts have been paid then the lot will have to go across to your BR.
How much is your contract per month?
