Well, Its finally happened. As of 15 Jan I have been officially discharged from bankruptcy (early discharge). However, could someone please tell me if the paperwork (Form 6.82) sent to me by the insolvency service is suffice to send to creditors to clean up my credit file or do I really need to apply for a formal certificate of discharge from the court. What with this form 6.82 being stamped by the county court I would have thought would have been suffice but I want to do everything properly.

Many thanks

Congratulations on the discharge. You can use the instructions in the following thread to clean up your credit file - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=677875

You should also print off a couple of copies of the Insolvency Register (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/eiir) showing that you are discharged in case any future creditors/banks want proof.

You can obtain a certificate of discharge from the same court that declared you BR but you have to pay around £60 for the certificate.
