Hi all i hope you can all help on this question i am a single parent on a low wage i struggle as it is i get a total of £1547 per month inc tax credits and CHB my outgoings are £1540! How am i going to be able to afford a IPA help!!!!!!!!

You will only be liable for an IPA is you have a disposable income (DI) of more than £99. If you have less then you won't have to pay an IPA.

Just sat writing out my BR forms with bank statements in front of me and realised what the hell am i meant to do if i have no DI to pay them. I have included within my income CSA is this correct?? x

Yes, including the CSA income is ok. Don't worry about not having any DI after your outgoings. If your DI is £99 or less then you will not be expected to pay an IPA.
