Just a quick question please :-). When do I open up a new account? I'm going to Court on Thursday for BR and was going to open a Cashminder account last week but would this account get frozen aswell as my others by the OR? Do I open it after I've gone BR or afetr I've spoken with the OR? I'm a little confused!
You can open the account now as it will take 10 days or so to receive the bank details. As such you won't have the account details to put on the SOA so if the OR asks you about a basic bank account you can just mention that you haven't yet received the account details.
