Hi Steve

welcome to the forum

The OR has responsibilty to your creditors to get the most for them and also to help you get out of the sticky situation that you are in.

Have a look on www.rightmove.com for comparable properties to rent in your area.

It will either give you evidence to appeal against the OR ruling or you may see a similar property for you and your family at a smaller price, thus enabling you to maximisa your monthly cash.

If you do find another place or you cannot agree with the OR i think that you have a year before they will force you to move.

good luck Richard
