Can you just walk into a county court with out an appointment to make yourself BR or do you need to make an appointment?

You should call your local court to see what their procedure is. Some courts allow you to turn up on the day whereas with others you need to make an appointment.

You can find your local court at http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/HMCSCourtFinder/

Where are you in the country and I'll find out for you. A post code would be really helpful

A general area would be better - I would not recommend putting in a postcode.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.
