Hi,

I spoke to Julian the other day, and believe you can use a company such as Julians to negotiate on your behalf (for example, there is likely to be a wrangle over the beneficial interest in my house which is in my wifes name).

Could I enquire if this is the case, what form it takes and the costs?

Hi Indy,

I am the spokesperson for the site and do not work on these cases directly.

May I suggest you contact either Paul Johns of Reviva or Brett England of England, Jackman & Spacey they are both very experienced in these areas and will be able to give you a breakdown of their costs.

Both can be contacted via the experts page and making an enquiry through their relevant web sites.

You might also like to think of engqaging the services of an experienced insolvency lawyer, as one is bound to be needed at some stage if you do not get agreement on the sharing of the equity.

For an informal chat about any financial difficulties, or advice as to the options available, I can be contacted via my website - www.melaniegiles.com

indy,

This forum is a Godsend in these situations. There's nothing nice about BR but it sure makes it an easier pill to swallow to be able to go over things.
