if i claimed bankrupce do it clear any child maintenance

hi and welcome to the forum
genaerally if the maintenance was part of a court arrangement then no it will not
if it was a private arrangement then it should be classed as a provable debt in BR and wiped off

Mike, I went BR last October. I pay 2 lots of CSA everymonth, it was never questioned or asked about, still pay the same as I have always done, only thing is that it is included on your Statement of Affairs as essential expenditure.
