do i have to declare my annual bonus to the official reciever?

hi and welcome to the forum
in a word YES whilst undischarged you have to tell the OR about any changes in income (and expenditure if under an IPA)

I agree - if it was a matter of a few pounds then not to worry, but on the assumption that a bonus will be hundreds if not more, then, yes declare.
