Its court day tomorrow i,ve got my paper work printed off do I have to sign it now or at court? also any tips on what to do/expect? cos i,m s*%*"!g myself to be honest.

sign it in court
don't worry
you go in see the clerk pay the fee wait wait wait maybe see a judge maybe not get your BR order maybe speak with the ORs office on the phone maybe not go home start feeling relief that if a creditor phones you can tell them to deal with the OR
enjoy the first day of your debt free life

try not to worry i'm sure it will be fine for you and its not as bad as it seems

Hi

Do not worry (as has already been said).

The likelhood of you seeing the DJ is more and more remote thse days.

More and more OR interviews are "on the phone"

Once you are BR, the debt is gone and the 12 months will be over and your life will change for the better
