Hi I asked a similar question last week but have been thinking.
I want to give up my O2 phone contract should I put the amount owing as my latest bill or should I ring the phone company up and ask how much it would be to terminate my contract and put that amount in.
I cannot afford the payments and am going to get a sim and do PAYG.
Thanks

YOu would need to record on the forms the figure outstanding, as you know it at the time of filing for bankruptcy, don't worry the figures always change when a creditor 'proves' in the bankruptcy, but you need to ensure all your creditors are listed
