Am living with parents have no assests would they lose thier home should I apply for a bankrucpy protection.

Hi Nikki! Welcome to the forum. You will find lots of advice on here from experts but also people like me who have gone through the process.
I presume the debts you have are just in your name? I also presume you pay housekeeping to your parents? You will just list your usual housekeeping in your Statement of Affairs as a monthly commitment and that will be taken into account when they work out whether or not you pay an IPA (Individual Payment Arrangement). It will be treated same as rent. The only thing your parents would lose, as far as I am aware, is if you owe them money? Sure experts will be on line over next few days to affirm. Keep posted.

unless the OR believes you have some Beneficial Interest in your parents property eg. you have been paying the mortgage or paid for the deposit he will have no interest in it
i am not sure what you mean when you refer to a Bankruptcy Protection??
