WHEN MY 12 MONTHS ARE UP ON MY BANKRUPTCY DO I HAVE TO GO BACK TO THE COURT AND APPLY OR A CERTIFICATE TO SAY I AM NOW UNBANKRUPT. AND HOW MUCH DOES IT COST.
hi and welcome to the forum you can do if you wish to get a certificate of discharge most courts charge about£60 what most people do is print the screen of the insolvency website showing that you are discharged it stays on the insolvency service website for 3 months after discharge
