how long do you have to pay of the half share equity in the house and will the reciever be open for an offer less than valuation in this climate

Hi stephen


I am trying to guess your situation as you have provided limited information.

are you saying that after going bankrupt and your partner does not go bankrupt how long do you have to buy the benficial interest in the property (the equity) . 3 years

The official receiver will negotiate the valuation but not the settlement fee.
