Hi, could you provide me with information on the SOA online form, section 6.9.
1. How do I get my Income Tax reference number ? (I work full time for a Local Authority).
2. How do I find my Tax Office address ?

The reference number is normally listed on your P60 and may also be on your pay slip.

They should also be on your last notice of coding, but if all else fails your employer should be able to give you the info
