The debt went when the BR was dealt with in the County Court - the date of the BO

It is quite common to sell on debts as I am sure you are aware

You might wish to refer them to the OR to deal

You've got nothing to worry about. All your debts were covered by the BR regardless of whether or not they have been sold on or not.

Buckle your seat belt Dorothy, 'cos Kansas is going bye bye.

Hey...i had a nasty surprise from the postman...a bill for £583, from the revenue. When i called them, i asked to what it related...they told me, it was two late payment charges, from 2007/8. I told the nice lady on the phone, that i never knew anything about this penalty, and had heard nothing from the revenue until now??!. I was told that it was irelevant that i hadn`t heard, and i would have to pay...

So i pulled my `Get out of jail free` card....and told the nice lady that i was declared BR in Feb 2009, and was discharged in Aug 2009.

Her reply was.....`Oh, that`ll cover that then`!!.

I`m hoping it is now, finally over....
