Okay I am currenttly seperated from my spouse, and looking at an ammicable legal seperation or divorce, and splitting our limited assets. I am now facing personal bankruptcy can the trustees still go after the home that my children and spouse still live in.

if the splitting of assets per your divorce is done and approved in court then it is highly unlikley the OR would pursue anything that was yours and is now your ex wifes
court oreders re. joint assets for child maintenance or spousal maintainence are generally accepted as set in stone and the OR will not bother.
