I currently have a company credit car card and car, will i still be able to have these after bankruptcy?

Hi Michelleqwe

Assuming the car is registered in the name of your employer, it wouldn't be part of the bankruptcy estate.

Theoretically there is no reason why you can't have a company credit card - again assuming that it is in the name of your employer and they are responsible for the charges.

However, it may be that you ought to discuss this matter with your employer first as they may have their own rules re their credit cards
